According to article 8 of Law 1652/30-10-86 Government Gazette 167A, in case of customer cancelation, as long as this takes place:
- 21 days prior to agreed arrival, the hotel is obliged to refund downpayment in full.
- in less than 21 days, the customer must pay the hotel half of the total amount of cancelled reservation.
